Frequently Asked Questions
What happens when the link expires?
Once the expiration time is reached, the link immediately stops working. More importantly, the raw file data is permanently and securely deleted from our R2 storage buckets. It cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
Can I send folders or multiple directories?
Currently, you must select individual files. If you want to send an entire directory structure, we highly recommend zipping it first (e.g. .zip or .tar.gz) and transferring the single archive file. This is faster and preserves your folder hierarchy perfectly.
Is there a bandwidth limit on downloads?
We provide generous, unrestricted bandwidth for all standard transfers to ensure your recipients can download files as fast as their connection allows. Only extreme, automated abuse may trigger rate limiting to protect network health.
