Common questions

Client website hosting questions

Read the documentation
How can I share a website preview with a client?

Import the project's pages and assets, check them in the editor and publish a review site. Send the client its live URL and collect comments through a feedback form or your usual project tool. On Pro, add a shared site password and update the same review link as changes are approved.

Can a client help edit their site?

Yes. On Pro, the site owner can invite collaborators to work on the site. Access to form messages is a separate owner setting, so editing access does not automatically expose enquiries.

Can I give the client the source files?

Yes. Choose Export site to download all project files, along with form responses as a CSV. You can also use CLI pull to work with the source locally.

Can I host more than one client project?

Yes. Each project has its own pages, assets, settings and forms. Choose a plan that fits the number of client projects and the storage you need; the pricing page has current allowances.
