Common questions

Event website and RSVP questions

Read the documentation
What should I include on an event website?

Put the date, venue or online joining details and attendance instructions near the top. Add the programme, speakers, directions and an RSVP or ticket link. State the timezone for timed sessions and update the same page when the schedule changes.

Can I sell tickets from my event page?

Link to your ticketing provider's checkout, or use its supported embed. That service handles payments, ticket issuance and capacity; htmlhost hosts the event information.

Can I collect RSVPs without another form service?

Yes. Add a connected htmlhost form for names, contact details and other attendance information. Responses appear in your dashboard. A response is an RSVP request, not an automatically issued ticket.

What happens to the page after the event?

Sites stay online by default. You can add event photos and recordings, leave the resources available, unpublish the site or set an expiry date.
