Questions about HTML hosting

Read the documentation
What can I build with HTML hosting?

Publish websites made from HTML, CSS, JavaScript and media files: a single campaign page, a portfolio with case studies, a business website, an online menu or a resource library. A project can contain multiple pages and shared assets. Choose a use case above for examples, a publishing workflow and relevant templates.

Can a static website have a working contact form?

Yes. Connect an HTML form in the htmlhost editor to receive submissions in your dashboard and by email. Use it for enquiries, applications or RSVPs. Pro adds file uploads, Google Sheets and webhook integrations.

Which projects need another service?

htmlhost serves static files and browser-side JavaScript; it does not run a PHP, Python or Node.js backend for your site. Link to or integrate a separate service for payment processing, ticketing, user accounts or a database-backed application. You can still host the site's public pages here.

Do I need to build a website from scratch?

No. Use a template, import your existing files or upload HTML from an AI tool. Each use-case page recommends templates from the library when there are matching designs. Preview a template, open it in the editor, replace the text and images, then publish your website.
